Notice is hereby given
That a vacancy has arisen in the office of Councillor at Grimsargh Parish Council, following the resignation of Councillor Trevor Haines.
If a request for an election to fill the said vacancy is made in writing within 14 days after the date of this notice to the Returning Officer at the Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL by TEN electors for the said Grimsargh Parish Council area, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
